The current climate of what has come to be labeled "Toxic Leadership" with blatant disregard for the lives of lower enlisted members and their families has created Soldiers (Sailors, Marines and Airmen) with little regard for the lives of others. This callousness carries over to civilian life when they return home. If leaders cared and did their job (lead, mentor, train, observe, inspect), military members needing counseling would get the help they need before they end up resorting to violent outbursts.Ginahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06069823854666933242noreply@blogger.com
