Many states have some version of Souls to the Polls, including the original simple goal of driving cars, vans, or even buses of parishioners from church to polls that are open for early voting on Sundays and on election day.
In Louisiana, Souls to the Polls is statewide, housed and supported by the Power Coalition for Equity and Justice[1]. They offer small grants to congregations to help facilitate the practice across the state, especially in rural areas where it can be a hardship or even impossible for some registered voters to get to the polls to cast their vote.
More broadly yet more specifically, the national clearinghouse and driver volunteer site is Rideshare to Vote Aware[2]. This is not Souls to the Polls, but functions like it across all lines. Indeed, on their volunteer page they say, "Thank you for your commitment to democracy!"
